This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") provided by Code & Wagyu / Kentaro Saito ("Developer"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.

1. Data Collection & Purpose of Use

Data collection practices vary depending on the specific App you are using. When we collect personal information, it is used strictly for the following purposes: to provide and maintain the App's core functionality, to securely manage user accounts and in-app currency (e.g., points), to synchronize data seamlessly across your devices, and to provide customer support.

• Local-Only Apps: For utility apps (e.g., clocks or standalone tools), we do not independently collect, store, or retain any personal information on our servers. All processing occurs locally on your device.
• Cloud-Connected Apps & Sign in with Apple: For apps that require accounts and cloud synchronization (e.g., Yume Ehon), we utilize "Sign in with Apple" for secure authentication. Through this service, we may collect your Name and Email Address. We also securely store unique user identifiers, in-app currency balances, and user-provided inputs necessary to provide the service on our cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase).

2. Generative AI Features (Applicable Apps Only)

Certain Apps may utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Google Gemini API) to dynamically create custom content. For these specific Apps, please be aware of the following:

• Data Transmission: Information you input into the App is securely transmitted to the AI provider strictly to generate the requested content.
• No AI Training: The data sent to our AI partners is not used by the provider to train their base AI models.
• Content Disclaimer: While we implement strict safety filters, AI-generated outputs can sometimes be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or appropriateness of every generated outcome.
• Personal Use Only: Content generated by our Apps is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may utilize external services (such as Google Firebase for database storage and Apple for authentication and in-app purchases). The handling of data by these third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Children's Privacy

Our general policy is that our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. For Apps designed to generate content for family or child consumption, the Apps are strictly intended to be operated by parents or legal guardians. Parents may provide minimal contextual data solely to personalize the experience. This data is never used for tracking or marketing purposes.

5. Your Data Rights

If you use an App that requires an account or cloud storage, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon verifying your request, we will delete your data from our servers in accordance with applicable laws. For Local-Only Apps, you maintain full control of your data directly on your device.
